FIRE AND EMBERS
With 9 years full of incredible experiences and notable growth, Char is
moving from its charming fishing village that has welcomed us for so long. We are now located at the
impressive Hotel Baobab Suites, where we aim to provide you with enhanced service and experience, paying
homage to the art of grilling thanks to the incredible technique of our chef Babacar, a master of fire
who transforms products over flames and embers.

This year, we have received praise from various gastronomic critics in
Spain and around the world, even being mentioned alongside great restaurants such as Asador
Etxebarri and Bodega El Capricho. We have also been awarded 1 Sol Repsol, and have won the title of
Best Grill House in the Canary Islands 2024 according to the Guía Que Bueno Canarias. Char offers
