Listán Blanco y Diego - 100% Canarian Coming from a young winery born during the midst of the pandemic with the goal of avoiding the wastage of the grapes when other wineries couldn't purchase them at that time. It undergoes spontaneous fermentation with native yeasts and is crafted without additives to preserve the natural typicity of its grapes. This wine is entirely produced in the Canary Islands, starting from the grapes that compose it to its cork. The "Soco" is a wall made of volcanic stone, built by hand to shield the grapes from the wind. With its slightly fruity flavour attributed to the unique Malvasia grape of Lanzarote, it pairs well with rockfish, rice dishes, and small crustaceans.

Roselito – Bodegas Antídoto Bodegas Antídoto produces a ‘popular’ rosé wine with historic character within the D.O. Ribera del Duero. This is Roselito, the younger sibling of Le Rosé. A traditional coupage of 70% Tinto Fino and 30% Albillo from old bush-trained, pre-phylloxera vines located at altitudes between 900 and 1,000 meters above sea level in various villages of Soria. The soils are composed of sand, silt, clay, and limestone. The winemaking process involves direct pressing of the grapes, 24-hour settling (débourbage), and fermentation in stainless steel tanks at 20?°C, followed by 2 months of aging on fine lees, resulting in a wine with marked originality and a strong sense of place.

Envínate Migan is a red wine made from the native Listán Negro grape, crafted by Envínate in the Valle de la Orotava (V.M. Tenerife). Envínate is a project created by four winemaker friends—Laura Ramos, Roberto Santana, Alfonso Torrente, and José Martínez—who met at the University Miguel Hernández in Alicante. Their mission is to champion the expression of terroir in forgotten and scarcely explored vineyards across Ribeira Sacra, Extremadura, Orotava, and Albacete, using respectful, minimal-intervention practices. Envínate Migan is made from Listán Negro grapes grown in the volcanic soils of the Orotava Valley, where the Alisian trade winds and the traditional cordón trenzado (braided vine training) method create a distinctive growing environment. The team emphasizes the region’s unique character by employing biodynamic and organic techniques. In the winery, the grapes undergo partial destemming, followed by 20 days of maceration in concrete tanks. Fermentation takes place with native yeasts, and the wine is then aged for 12 months in oak barrels, resulting in a wine that is a true benchmark of the area's typicity and character.

Roselito – Bodegas Antídoto Bodegas Antídoto produces a ‘popular’ rosé wine with historic character within the D.O. Ribera del Duero. This is Roselito, the younger sibling of Le Rosé. A traditional coupage of 70% Tinto Fino and 30% Albillo from old bush-trained, pre-phylloxera vines located at altitudes between 900 and 1,000 meters above sea level in various villages of Soria. The soils are composed of sand, silt, clay, and limestone. The winemaking process involves direct pressing of the grapes, 24-hour settling (débourbage), and fermentation in stainless steel tanks at 20?°C, followed by 2 months of aging on fine lees, resulting in a wine with marked originality and a strong sense of place.

Envínate Migan is a red wine made from the native Listán Negro grape, crafted by Envínate in the Valle de la Orotava (V.M. Tenerife). Envínate is a project created by four winemaker friends—Laura Ramos, Roberto Santana, Alfonso Torrente, and José Martínez—who met at the University Miguel Hernández in Alicante. Their mission is to champion the expression of terroir in forgotten and scarcely explored vineyards across Ribeira Sacra, Extremadura, Orotava, and Albacete, using respectful, minimal-intervention practices. Envínate Migan is made from Listán Negro grapes grown in the volcanic soils of the Orotava Valley, where the Alisian trade winds and the traditional cordón trenzado (braided vine training) method create a distinctive growing environment. The team emphasizes the region’s unique character by employing biodynamic and organic techniques. In the winery, the grapes undergo partial destemming, followed by 20 days of maceration in concrete tanks. The base variety is Tempranillo (90%), sourced from a selection of our vineyards in Villalba, Briñas, and Rodezno, combined with 10% Graciano from the Montecillo estate in Fuenmayor. Favorable weather conditions throughout the growing season ensured excellent vegetative and sanitary health of the grapes, achieving a balanced composition—especially from vines planted at higher altitudes, in cooler areas with moderate vigor. Toward the end of the ripening phase, large diurnal temperature shifts—with sunny mornings and cold nights—allowed for a well-balanced final maturation. The resulting wines stand out for their Atlantic character, elegant acidity, intense fruit expression, and silky, well-balanced tannins, giving them outstanding aging potential.

Grape: 100% Tinta de Toro Victorino is produced exclusively with Tinta de Toro grapes from pre-phylloxera, ungrafted vines.
